great central spot near dollywood and beautiful parks
I stayed for 2 nights in a family suite with bunk beds and balcony, and I couldn't believe how easily we could walk to attractions like Dollywood, just over 3 km away, and enjoy the scenic Little Creek Falls, only about 700 meters from the hotel. it was the perfect home base for our family adventures in the area.

Family with children paradise
We had a family suite that was immaculate and the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect they had a small supermarket that was stocked well with everything we needed from snacks to personal care products which made it super convenient for us.
It wasn’t inexpensive but honestly we didn’t care because it was worth every penny.

great for a swift visit
Immaculate room, friendly staff, with amenities like a seasonal outdoor pool and a well-stocked supermarket for snacks and beverages.
Liked everything.

On top of that, the bunk beds in the six-person room had little support-felt like sleeping on concrete, leaving my family less than thrilled about their rest. Lastly, be prepared for wallet shock when it comes to food and drinks. Prices are through the roof here.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing
Our family suite was immaculate, with a gorgeous view of the pool. The staff were attentive, helping us out with anything we needed, even at 2 a.m.! The little things, like the well-stocked supermarket on-site and the sound machine in our room.
Strongly recommend! ❤️😊

My recent stay at Dollywood'S Heartsong Lodge & Resort was exceptional. The staff demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness, swiftly assisting with my work-related needs, including connecting to the business center. The King Room was well-maintained and provided a balanced atmosphere conducive to both work and relaxation. The proximity to local attractions, yet in a tranquil setting, was an added bonus.
Only downside was the limited dining options on-site.
